No. You add each school yourself, with the dates and fees from your application service and each school's own website, so nothing on your board is a guess. Deadlines and fees change every cycle; always check the school.

Use the arrow buttons on its card, or pick the stage from the card's menu and press Move. Both work with a keyboard and on a phone. The board records the date each stage was reached, and you can edit it.

Yes. Mark each school MD or DO and choose its application service: AMCAS, AACOMAS, TMDSAS, or Other. The stages are the same for each.

Primary deadlines, secondary due dates, and interview dates from today on, soonest first, plus any deadline that has passed for a step you haven't marked done.

Yes, with no sign-up. Like the rest of the site, the page may count visits and button clicks (such as Export) through its analytics; it never sends what you enter.
