First time? Students and parents sign in with the access code we sent you (under “I have an access code”), or with the link in your invite email.
After that, sign in with an email link. Tutors use a password; the admin uses an email link.
Admin: sign in with “Email me a sign-in link” on the Students & parents tab. The admin account never uses a password.

Email links can take a few minutes and sometimes land in spam. An access code works only for your first sign-in. Signed in before and no link arrived? Ask your tutor for help.
