ProMed Telehealth · Coming soon · April 2027
ProMed Telehealth: medical weight management, coming soon.
ProMed Telehealth is coming soon in April 2027: compassionate, evidence-based, physician-led care for weight and metabolic health, delivered by telehealth so it fits into your life instead of taking it over.
Physician founder
Dr. Dave · DO, MBSDr. Dave is a physician, researcher, and the founder of ProMed United. ProMed Telehealth brings the same values that guide ProMed United's teaching, careful evidence, honest conversations, and real follow-through, to care for adults working on their weight and metabolic health.
Weight is a medical topic, not a moral one. Everyone deserves care that is respectful, grounded in evidence, and led by a physician who listens.
Our goal is simple: make thoughtful, physician-led weight and metabolic care easier to reach, with a plan built for you and the support to keep going.
What to expect at launch
Care that starts with listening.
We're building ProMed Telehealth carefully, with a planned opening in April 2027. Here is what we plan to offer when we open. State availability will be announced before launch.
Physician-led virtual visits
Unhurried video visits with a licensed physician who takes time to understand your history, goals, and daily life.
A personalized plan
No one-size-fits-all programs. Your plan is built around your health, your preferences, and current clinical evidence.
Lifestyle & nutrition support
Practical, sustainable guidance on eating, movement, sleep, and stress that fits a real schedule.
Ongoing follow-up
Regular check-ins to review how things are going and adjust your plan together over time.

Be the first to know.
Join the waitlist and we'll email you launch updates, including which states ProMed Telehealth will serve. Just your name, email, and state. Please don't send any health information.
Not accepting patients yet. Nothing on this page is medical advice. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
